Ian Kierans
is the Director of Advanced Organisation a consultancy specializing in strategy, innovation, and change. His PhD focused on how established businesses can succeed at business wide innovation. Ian helps businesses develop new strategies and overcome mindset issues. He is an award winning adjunct Professor at Trinity and Mannheim Business Schools.
