Central Books has a number of short hand codes for format on its data base.
The three most common are H for hardback, P for Paperback and M for Magazine
The full list is:
C CDRom
D DVD
G General (covers items that fit no other format code)
H Hardback
M Magazines
N Map-Digital
O Maps-Litho
P Paperback
T Tape
V Video
These codes appear under the head H/P on the standard book report we send publishers.
