There’s 40 recipes, all of which follow the loose theme of a pub menu- everything from scotch eggs and burgers to brownies and donuts, all of which contain a cheeky crackling twist. Being honest, a lot of them are frankly excellent recipes in their own right, but as with most things in life, a porky injection just adds a little je ne sais quoi.

 There’s also puns (obvs), a little bit of the Snuffling Pig's humble story, and some bloody lovely photos, so if you can’t be bothered to cook, you can at least look at some food porn.
