SEEN LONDON is a book of observed life and caught moments. Film director Stephen Frears, who has worked with Richard on a number of his films, says: “Each image has a cinematic quality. Given that movies are stories made up of thousands of still images, Richard’s photographs are an expression of another narrative, drawn from the world around us.
